In late October 2024, anagen SA from Geneva Switzerland, acquired a number of assets. Included in this is the Hair & Skin brand, which the new owners and management intend to maintain and fill with new life and values. Since late October 2024, the new Hair & Skin restarted operations under a completely new company, with a new Board of Directors and a new Executive Management Team. Anagen SA has employed medical clinic teams that have worked previously in those clinics.

Of the original Hair & Skin locations, clinics in five cantons have been or will be reopened: Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lausanne and Geneva. We have acquired the assets necessary, hired the teams and ensured stable and long-term relationships with business partners, which allows us to deliver best in class treatments to clients from the day of re-opening.

There is no legal connection. The new owner has been working with a selected group of employees of the former company to restart operations in the clinics as soon as possible. The new Hair & Skin will operate in locations that were previously rented by the old company.

The liquidator decides on the use of the proceeds from the sale. We are working to ensure that former Hair & Skin customers can continue and complete their hair and skin treatments. Customers who prepaid their contracts to the old company receive will most likely qualify for a free voucher for their undelivered treatments. With those vouchers a customer will be treated from by the new Hair & Skin.

The new Hair & Skin is offering clients who have made payments for treatments that were not delivered by the old company the possibility to continue and complete their treatments. Yes, we believe in the strength of the brand. The Hair & Skin brand will remain in place, and we intend to infuse it with the values of medical excellence, transparency, patient empowerment and customer care.

We will reopen selected clinics in Switzerland under the brand Hair & Skin. Lausanne and Bern will reopen as of the 18.11.2024, followed by Zürich, planned end of November. Basel and Geneva are planned to open beginning of December

We have put together a group of core employees for Hair & Skin, including former employees The former company had numerous employees, especially in the clinics who did a great job. Many of them are an excellent cultural fit for the new Hair & Skin, and we are keen to employ many of them to ensure lean operations with a central medical focus alongside a great customer experience
